Beyond Roblox Game Development Competition is an event organized by Beyond Code CO., LTD. By entering the competition, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, “Beyond Code academy”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Sponsor and “you” and “yourself” refers to a Contest participant, or the parent/legal guardian of any minor Contest entrant. By entering you (your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period

All entries must be submitted by 31 July 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT +7 (Bangkok Time). After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

Eligibility

You must be 9 to 13 years old; All participants must have consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees of Beyond Code Academy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, are not eligible.

Eligible Entry

In order to be eligible, your entry must be your own original work, have not been selected as a winner in any other contests and must obtain all consents and approvals required for you to submit your entry. Any content that is offensive, violent, defamatory, illegal, promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, or promote political agenda may be banned from the competition.

Use of  Entries

By entering the competition, you grant us the right to use your entry for marketing purpose without further permission from you. You will not receive any compensation other what is described in this Terms and Conditions. Your entry may be posted on public website.

Judging Criteria

Participants will be judged based on the following criteria

1.Creativity (25 %)

2.Design (25 %)

3.Game Play (15%)

4.Technical Skill & Coding (25%)

5.Presentation (10%)

Winner Notification

We will announce the top winners on 13 August 2023 at 9.00 AM GMT +7 (Bangkok Time) by email. All top winners will be invited to participate in the Demo day on 20 August 2023.

Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded to the top three winners:

First Prize : 5,000 ROBUX, 1 Gaming Keyboard with 1 Mouse and 10,000 THB of Beyond Code Academy Course Credit

Second Prize: 3,000 ROBUX, 1 Gaming Mouse and 5,000 THB of Beyond Code Academy Course Credit

Third Prize: 3,000 ROBUX and 2,000 THB of Beyond Code Academy Course Credit

Sparkle of Influence: 2,000 ROBUX, 1,000 THB of Beyond Code Academy Course Credit

Extreme Coder: 2,000 ROBUX, 1,000 THB of Beyond Code Academy Course Credit

Best Design: 2,000 ROBUX, 1,000 THB of Beyond Code Academy Course Credit

All winners agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material, as well as their entries.
